Stanley’s Paddy Lacey is in the running for Sky Bet League Two’s Goal of the Month for September.
The midfielder has been nominated for his stunning strike which won the game against Portsmouth, spinning and hammering home his first goal for the club from 25 yards.
He’s up against Gary Roberts of Portsmouth and Blackpool’s Colin Daniel for the award, which is decided by a public vote.
The shortlist for the poll is decided by a judging panel following suggestions from supporters via Twitter.
The judging panel comprises Sky Sports’ EFL expert Don Goodman; Sky Bet Sponsorship Manager David Tweed and EFL Commercial Marketing Manager James Walker.
