Accrington Stanley have signed former Blackpool forward Gary Taylor-Fletcher on non contract terms.
The 35-year-old former Lincoln, Leicester and Hudderfield frontman will go straight into the squad for tomorrow’s Checkatrade Trophy game at Chesterfield, subject to ratification from the EFL.
Stanley are suffering from injuries and suspensions at the moment with Taylor-Fletcher brought in to cover these. He is a free agent after playing at Tranmere Rovers last season.
Manager John Coleman said: “Gary has plenty of experience and has played at the highest level. He will be a welcome addition to the squad at a time when we have a number of players missing with injuries and suspensions.”
