The pitch at the Wham Stadium has passed its precautionary 1030am inspection.

An EFL referee has been to assess the surface ahead of this evening’s game with Wycombe Wanderers and confirmed it is playable.

As a result the match will go ahead unless there is significant unexpected rainfall.

The match referee will check the surface again when he arrives as part of his normal pre-match preparations.

Any further updates regarding weather will be posted on the club’s social media accounts but the current forecast suggests there will not be significant rainfall today, with a few millimetres predicted.
