Accrington Stanley winger Rio Alston discusses the 3-1 Under-18s win over Morecambe.
"I think we all played well, the younger ones stepped up, we showed great desire, and we were relentless.
"Lee Camp and Luke Morgan are always saying, 'show your intent, show your desire', and we're always on it.
"Obviously, it's a derby as well, so it's even better to get the win.
"Some of us did a bit of research yesterday about where they are in the league and stuff, and we took it as an opportunity, especially when it's Morecambe.
"It's massive for us to stop them going top of the league, we've been there before and we know how it feels.
"At the start of the season I was out for a while with a heart condition, but ever since then, I've kept banging on and it's paying off each game.
"The two second-years, Josh Smith and Charlie Hall, are two great players and leaders, and we all look up to them.
"We'll take on board what they have and the younger ones, they're mature, and they'll listen to us.
"They'll copy our better abilities as a team and they'll bring it into games, and it clearly shows as they don't look out of place at all."
